Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Senior Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a permanent work-from-home role. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. You will work closely with our team to maintain high performance metrics, apply the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations, and create a differentiated service experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries

  • Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
  • Work together as a team and apply the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations
  • Create a differentiated service experience for customers
  • Demonstrate service discipline and handle service challenges effectively
  • Provide solutions to constituent needs and work across boundaries to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a metric-based environment

  • Proficiency with full suite of Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfortability utilizing search engines and online resources
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Medical terminology and insurance experience
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $42.35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company matching contributions, and employee stock purchase plan.
