Job Description:

As our Customer Happiness Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to a large volume of communications (email, SMS, messages, and chats) and helping our customers and subscribers with technical issues, questions about products, and directing them to the right resources. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers feel heard and responded to, and that our company resources are utilized effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to and manage support tickets and messages, helping customers and subscribers with technical issues, questions about products, and directing them to the right resources

  • Use our customer service guide and templates for common questions, and apply judgment and strategic thinking when the answer isn't just copy/paste
  • Be comfortable with tech and willing to learn new programs and apps, such as Keap/Infusionsoft, Authorize.net, Stripe, Google Drive, and Fusedesk for support ticketing
  • Handle light ambiguity and make a first-best guess when immediate answers aren't available
  • Seek answers proactively but also be comfortable speaking up with questions
  • Be extremely reliable with a strong integrity, work ethic, and professionalism

Necessary Skills:

* Must be crazy-detailed oriented and have a desire to fix things

  • Must have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must be able to recognize patterns and apply previous directions to new-but-similar scenarios
  • Must be comfortable handling light ambiguity and making a first-best guess when immediate answers aren't available
  • Ability to seek answers proactively but also be comfortable speaking up with questions
  • Must be TECH-COMFY (have an ability to pick up new programs and apps easily)
  • Must be EXTREMELY RELIABLE with a strong integrity, work ethic, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with online customer service (2+ years)

  • Familiarity with Keap/Infusionsoft, Authorize.net, Stripe, Google Drive, and Fusedesk for support ticketing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
