The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our Inbound Customer Service Team in Tulsa, OK. As a remote work option is available, you'll have the flexibility to work from home after completing a comprehensive on-site training program in Tulsa. What You'll Do:

• Provide empathetic and personalized support to pet owners who are searching for their missing pets, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

  • Serve as the frontline representative for arenaflex, helping to reunite pets with their owners nationwide.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Adhere to our daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work various shifts, including days and evenings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and helpful information to our customers.

What You'll Bring:

Previous Call Center Experience:

A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment is required.

High School Diploma or GED:

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this role.
