• Help explain contract details to customers.
• Manage existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences.
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts.
• Engage in interactive and communicative interactions with management and co-workers, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.
