Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our Virtual Delta Remote Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer support goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote customer support environment.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Support Professional).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
