Responsibilities
As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring you're up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but preferred).
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM or above preferred).
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting (2+ years preferred).
Requirements
