Edtech Producer

Remote · USA Full-time New today

Pink Elephant exists to build the companies that will steer the revolution in mental health. Global mental health is an urgent, under-addressed crisis: 1 in 8 people (≈970M) live with a mental disorder, and depression and anxiety alone cost ~$1T in lost productivity each year. Progressive therapies have been shown to be up to 10 times more effective than conventional treatments, yet only 5% of people can access them. We’re here to change that by staking capital on verifiable breakthroughs and assembling founders, clinicians, and operators to turn today’s uncommon sessions into tomorrow’s standard of care. One of our strategic verticals is education - building structured programs at the intersection of psychedelic-assisted therapy, integration practices, and frontier mental health. Our goal is to create long-term educational assets that shape industry standards, train practitioners, and support the next generation of progressive mental health leaders. The Role We are looking for an Edtech Producer - a hybrid between product manager and program producer. This is not a “course production” role in the traditional sense. It is a strategic builder role responsible for conceiving, structuring, launching, and scaling education programs in a young and evolving industry. In this role, you will identify and collaborate with leading experts, translate expertise into structured learning journeys, and build repeatable education products that can grow over years. This role - and the edtech vertical in general - will be closely aligned with StatesofMind.com media and practitioners marketplace, synergizing each other and making a whole ecosystem. Responsibilities: What You Will Drive Program Strategy & Concept Development

  • Identify high-potential education verticals within psychedelic-assisted therapy and frontier mental health.
  • Define course concepts, value propositions, and positioning.
  • Translate expert knowledge into structured, scalable program formats.
  • Ensure alignment between education, media, and marketplace verticals within the ecosystem.

Expert Sourcing & Program Production

  • Identify, attract, and onboard key experts (therapists, facilitators, researchers, clinicians).
  • Co-create curricula and learning frameworks together with experts.
  • Structure programs into coherent learning journeys (modules, formats, pacing).
  • Coordinate designers to ensure high-quality program experience.
  • Work closely with marketing to shape messaging and early audience acquisition.

Launch & Iteration

  • Launch pilot cohorts and validate program-market fit.
  • Build repeatable production and launch systems.
  • Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to improve retention and outcomes.
  • Turn successful pilots into scalable, long-term education assets.

Ecosystem Integration

  • Collaborate with Media Lead to ensure strong narrative and expert positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product to integrate courses into user journeys.
  • Contribute to building Pink Elephant’s reputation as a standards-setter in progressive mental health education.

Experience: What You Bring

  • Experience in edtech, cohort-based courses, or education program building.
  • Strong program producer mindset - able to turn expertise into structured educational products.
  • Experience working with experts, instructors, or practitioners.
  • Understanding of digital product thinking (retention, engagement, learning outcomes).
  • Ability to operate in early-stage environments and build from scratch.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ideally: familiarity with psychedelic-assisted therapy, mental health, or health education ecosystems.
  • Most importantly: willingness to commit to long-term industry building (this is a multi-year play, not a fast-growth hack).

Perks: Why Join Us

  • Build foundational education infrastructure in one of the most transformative healthcare movements of our time.
  • Shape standards in an emerging global industry.
  • High autonomy and ownership.
  • Remote, mission-driven team.
  • Opportunity to work with leading experts in frontier mental health.
