Project Manager/Scrum Master - Remote Eligible

Overview: Location: All Locations in the United States Work Arrangement: 100% Remote or Hybrid Responsibilities: A Day in the Life The Project Manager/Scrum Master acts as an Agile delivery lead, guiding large‑scale, strategic initiatives from planning through delivery. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business value through iterative execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement. A typical day may include:

  • Leading Agile delivery activities across one or more teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partnering with product owners and stakeholders to define priorities, scope, and acceptance criteria.
  • Developing and maintaining delivery plans and timelines.
  • Tracking progress using Agile and project metrics (e.g., sprint goals, velocity, delivery health).
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments and actively working to resolve them.
  • Communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to the PMO and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Promoting built‑in quality and maintaining clear, accessible project documentation.
  • Adapting plans as priorities shift while maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team environment and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • You have a PMP, CPM, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery.
  • You have 2+ years of hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams.
  • You have strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and delivery practices.
  • You have experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting iterative planning and delivery.
  • You are skilled in managing scope, timelines, and delivery risks.
  • You are comfortable balancing Agile delivery with PMO and governance expectations.
  • You are proficient with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • You have strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You can translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
  • You are highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
