Epicor P21 Administrator
Prophet 21 Specialist Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Prophet 21 Specialist to optimize our enterprise resource planning systems and enhance our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SQL and Epicor, with an emphasis on improving efficiency and accuracy within our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing ERP systems and configurations.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from ERP databases.
- Provide user support and training for ERP system users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Document system processes, configurations, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage inventory data and support supply chain management initiatives.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL and Epicor Prophet 21 ERP systems.
- Familiarity with business process management and data analysis techniques.
- Experience in database management and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective user support and training.
- Knowledge of additional ERP systems and Power BI is a plus.
