Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing product information and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Experience with social media and online customer service platforms
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish)
