Your Role as an Email and Chat Support Agent As an email and chat support agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Responding to incoming customer emails and live chat messages using our browser dashboard - Assisting users with billing questions, login access, product setup, and discount applications - Following response templates and knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and consistency - Escalating complex issues to senior team members for further assistance - Logging ticket summaries and applying relevant tags to workflow - Maintaining a helpful, supportive tone in every message Why Join arenaflex?
