Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with their accounts, providing detailed explanations of account statuses, and ensuring accurate documentation in our client's system.
- Ensuring all account information is accurately documented, adhering to state and federal regulations, and maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time.
- Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and achieving Quality Assurance goals.
- Assisting customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Adhering to Production measures, including time spent on calls, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers, with a high level of technical proficiency.
- Active listening skills, with the ability to understand customers' needs and concerns.
- Great problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Nice-to-Haves
While not essential, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Compensation and Perks
