Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Caregiver Lead to manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Caregiver Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are notified and equipped with the necessary information to provide care to our clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of caregiver availability, training, and certification
  • Coordinating with caregivers to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to provide high-quality care to our clients
  • Providing ongoing training and support to caregivers to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborating with the care management team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care

Key Responsibilities

* Manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are notified and equipped with the necessary information to provide care to our clients

  • Maintain accurate records of caregiver availability, training, and certification
  • Coordinate with caregivers to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to provide high-quality care to our clients
  • Provide ongoing training and support to caregivers to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with the care management team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve caregiver engagement and retention
  • Monitor and report on caregiver performance and provide feedback to caregivers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a care management or caregiver lead role

  • Proven track record of managing chat employment leads and coordinating with caregivers
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the senior care industry

  • Certification in care management or a related field
  • Experience with AidQuest or similar chat employment lead management systems
  • Strong knowledge of caregiver training and certification requirements
  • Experience with care management software and technology
