Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Live Chat, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Prescreening of applications, preparation of paperwork for interviews and onboarding, and office administration tasks
  • Managing small business details, including scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, and staff communications
