Job Summary

As a Caregiver Lead with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities

As a Caregiver Lead with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily activities, mobility, and personal care
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families, and communicating effectively to ensure their needs are met
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Working collaboratively with other caregivers and staff to ensure seamless care and support
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services we provide

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a caregiving or related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and meet arenaflex's hiring requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and support

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
• Certification in caregiving or a related field (e.g. CNA, HHA)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience working in a home care or hospice setting
