Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, performing clerical duties and receiving multiple inbound calls
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, internal teams, and external partners
- Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology, with experience in MS Office and QuickBooks
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively
