A Day in the Life of a Data Entry Coordinator

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and administration support to our internal and external Service Center customers. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Entering and maintaining customer information in our customer relations management software (CRM) with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Auditing customer information to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
  • Liaising between customers and technicians to confirm appointments and services
  • Administering a high volume of inbound calls with excellent customer service skills
  • Supporting other office staff with assignments and projects as needed
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance at all times
  • Ability to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
  • Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience in customer service or administration
  • Knowledge of customer relations management software (CRM)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation and Perks
