If you are tired of selling standard, "nice-to-have" SaaS tools and want to sell a product with undeniable, immediate ROI, this is for you. We are offering an aggressive, uncapped revenue-share model (30-50% on closed ARR) for the right partner who can help us go from 0 to 1 in Western markets. The Product (Your Unfair Selling Advantage): Nirmanix is not just another software tool; it is the AI-Powered Operating System for Modern Hotels and Educational Institutes. It is a modern AI-powered ERP system with the "NiMi AI agent" sitting on top of all modules, allowing users to accomplish everything through natural conversation. Instead of pitching software features, you will be pitching massive payroll savings and 10x productivity through our integrated AI agents: The "Zero-Human Front Desk": Our integrated AI Receptionist (Cloud Telephony) answers inbound calls, analyzes intent, handles FAQs, and books or reschedules appointments directly into the CRM without any human intervention. It automatically notifies leads via SMS or voice call, ensuring 24/7 availability without staff overhead. The Growth Hacker ERP: From building a professional website via chat to automated lead follow-ups and payment collection, Nirmanix handles the entire customer journey. The AI Brand Ambassador: A dedicated AI agent to automate marketing and brand management workflows. No Developer Dependency: Users just tell NiMi what they want in plain language; no reading documentation or technical knowledge is required. Who We Are Looking For: We are reviewing profiles of experienced Fractional VPs of Sales, GTM Consultants, and B2B SaaS Closers. You are the right fit if you: Have a proven track record of 0-to-1 sales execution in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or Hospitality tech. Can build a lean, repeatable outbound GTM system (defining the ICP, messaging, and CRM workflows) and execute it hands-on. Are comfortable running high-conversion discovery calls and product demos with C-level executives, Institute Owners, and Hotel Admins. Understand that this is a performance-driven partnership. You are looking to own a market and build a massive recurring revenue stream, not just collect an hourly consulting fee. The Structure: We are bootstrapping this vision, which means we are trading upfront retainers for massive back-end ownership. Milestone 1: Nominal fixed-price contract to cover your onboarding, product demo deep-dive, and initial CRM setup. Milestone 2 & Beyond: Aggressive revenue share/commission on every deal closed. We have scalable pricing hooks ranging from $999/month (Starter) to Custom Enterprise tiers. You keep a massive percentage of the revenue you generate.
