Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor to join our team in Morehead City, NC. As a Data Entry Processor, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, accounting, and problem-solving. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Processor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing data entry and accounting clerical functions, including Accounts Receivable and other related tasks
  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Interacting with all departments and branches within the company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and growth

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
  • Familiarity with data entry software, such as Excel or Access
  • Certification in data entry, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices
