Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and communicate effectively will be crucial in building trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process customer payments and handle billing inquiries
• Collaborate with the Service Coordination team to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the HVAC industry or a related field

• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
