Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and meet sales targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
