Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be the face of our company, providing a warm and welcoming experience that leaves a lasting impression. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handling cash transactions, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Operate a cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers, promoting sales and driving revenue growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
  • Availability to work a part-time overnight shift, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or convenience store environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
