Experienced Data Entry Operator / Checks Processor – High Volume Check Processing and Data Management

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator / Checks Processor to join our team in Keene, KY. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for physically sorting, scanning, and keying in checks daily, as well as organizing the checks and preparing them for shipment. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong typing skillset, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

* Physically sort, scan, and key in checks daily with high accuracy

• Organize checks and prepare them for shipment
• Maintain a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to complete a typing test assessment
• Must live in or near Keene, KY
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with a high-volume workload
• Ability to type 45 words per minute
• Previous data entry experience with high accuracy is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs

Work Environment:

* Onsite location in Keene, KY

• Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm schedule
• 6-week training program with a competitive hourly rate during training
