About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented Data Analyst (Support Analyst) with 5+ years of experience in data analysis and at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and JIRA. This role focuses on analysing customer support data and omnichannel engagement metrics to identify actionable insights that drive operational excellence and strategic business decisions. You will play a critical role in influencing business transformation projects by leveraging data across systems, processes, and tools. The ideal candidate understands CRM ecosystems, customer support analytics, process re-engineering, and data visualization best practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Interpret complex datasets and analyse results using statistical techniques.
  • Develop ongoing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer support and omnichannel engagement data.
  • Prepare detailed impact assessments and provide data-backed strategic recommendations.

2. Data Systems & Optimization

  • Develop and implement efficient data collection systems.
  • Optimize statistical efficiency and data quality through structured analytics processes.
  • Combine large datasets to create optimization strategies for customer support workflows.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities across systems and operations.

3. CRM & Tool Expertise

  • Work extensively with Salesforce.com CRM platforms for customer data analysis and segmentation.
  • Utilize JIRA for tracking, reporting, and analysing support operations workflows.
  • Design advanced Tableau dashboards to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

4. Business Transformation & Consulting

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize business needs.
  • Influence strategic initiatives through analytical insights and performance modelling.
  • Conduct risk assessments and facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Expand and improve existing operational processes to introduce new tools, services, and best practices.

5. Mentorship & Technical Support

  • Provide consulting and analytical services to business leaders.
  • Offer mentoring, technical guidance, and training to junior analysts.
  • Troubleshoot application-related challenges requiring independent judgment and analytical thinking.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytics role.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com CRM platforms.
  • 2+ years of professional experience using JIRA.
  • Strong expertise in reporting tools, databases, and programming for data analytics.
  • Experience with statistical techniques, pivot tables, chart creation, and manipulation of large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data mining, segmentation techniques, and CRM data analysis.
  • Experience in process improvement and operational re-engineering initiatives.
