Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Lead to drive intelligence strategy and operations for our U.S.-based CTI function. This role supports our global Cyber Threat Team by leading efforts to gather, analyze, and operationalize actionable cyber threat intelligence. The CTI Lead will oversee intelligence workflows, guide analysts, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and enhance the organization’s ability to proactively detect and respond to emerging cyber risks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monitoring of global threat intelligence sources—feeds, forums, OSINT, and vendor intelligence—to identify emerging cyber threats and trends.
  • Lead analysis of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), assessing potential impact to the organization.
  • Produce and deliver high-quality intelligence reports, briefings, and alerts tailored for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Incident Response, SOC, and Security Engineering teams to inform investigations and support mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and optimize Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), contributing to enrichment, automation, and operational intelligence workflows.
  • Provide strategic and regional intelligence insights, including geopolitical considerations relevant to U.S. business operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, SOC, or related cybersecurity roles.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT), dark web monitoring, and malware analysis.
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework, threat modeling, and intelligence lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
  • Hands-on experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs) to collect, enrich, and operationalize indicators.
  • Proven ability to apply OSINT methodologies to generate actionable threat intelligence.
  • Proficiency in structured intelligence analysis methods, including hypothesis development
  • and correlation/detection validation.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management practices, including identification of actively exploited vulnerabilities and risk mitigation.

  • GCTI – GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence
  • Security+ – CompTIA Security+
  • CySA+ – CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst
  • GCIA – GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst
