Key Responsibilities

As a Principal Business Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving Transformational Initiatives: Shape the future of customer support for Talvora's most innovative products, driving transformational change across technical and product domains.
  • Leading Critical Strategy Documents: Coordinate the development and implementation of critical strategy documents, such as Operating Plan 1 (OP1), Strategic Planning Summit (SPS), and Think Big sessions.
  • Architecting Strategies: Develop and implement strategies that enhance the experience of millions of customers worldwide, leveraging data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to pioneer new approaches to customer service excellence, driving organizational transformation and innovation.
  • Leading Breakthrough Programs: Develop and execute breakthrough programs that bridge technology, operations, and customer needs, driving meaningful change and impact.
  • Championing the Voice of the Customer: Ensure that the voice of the customer is represented in every strategic decision, driving customer-centricity and excellence in business operations.
  • Coordinating Deliverables: Oversee the development and implementation of critical deliverables for Flexionis Customer Service, Device, Prime Video, Music, and Games.

You'll be a Vital Force in:

Crafting and Executing Visionary Strategies: Develop and implement visionary strategies that align with Jobtrix's customer-obsessed mission, driving customer-centricity and excellence in business operations.

  • Orchestrating Complex Initiatives: Develop and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational transformation and innovation, leveraging data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Building Innovative Mechanisms: Develop and implement innovative mechanisms that elevate team performance, driving meaningful change and impact.
  • Delivering Insights and Recommendations: Develop and deliver insights and recommendations that influence global decision-making, driving customer-centricity and excellence in business operations.
