Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners across various niches and geographies.
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance and engagement.
• Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities with affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Continuously optimize campaigns, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversion rates and profitability.
• Ensure brand consistency, compliance with guidelines, and adherence to legal requirements across all affiliate channels.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the affiliate marketing landscape.
• Manage affiliate marketing budgets, forecast performance, and allocate resources effectively to achieve targets. Required Skills
• Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV).
• Demonstrated ability to identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Experience with various affiliate models and compensation structures (e.g., CPS, CPL, CPC).
