About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Customer Experience Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our mission through approximately 8-20 hours of work per week, averaging about 15 hours per week, starting immediately and continuing through early 2025. Key Responsibilities

Support the development of comprehensive communications plans that align with our clients' goals and objectives. Develop detailed channel briefs for social and digital creative projects to ensure fulfillment of media plans and maximize campaign impact. Review creative work to ensure it meets brief requirements, adheres to platform best practices, and contributes to a cohesive brand narrative. Create and manage an omnichannel asset ecosystem document, mapping creative assets to specific audiences across the marketing funnel to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Consult on and contribute to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more, as needed, to leverage your expertise and insights. How You'll Excel in Your Role To succeed as a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist at Worklio, you will need: 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective strategies across multiple channels. Familiarity with the basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, and principles of growth, to inform your strategic decisions. Availability for meetings in the PST timezone, ensuring you can collaborate seamlessly with our team and clients. The ability to work independently with minimal oversight or training, contributing your expertise and insights to drive project success. A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present your ideas and strategies.

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the experience and skills outlined above, the ideal candidate will possess: A deep understanding of digital marketing channels beyond social media, including email, digital display, and app engagement, to develop comprehensive strategies. Experience with project management tools and software to streamline workflow and enhance productivity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategic decisions. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and social media, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with freelance or remote teams, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment. Familiarity with design thinking principles and human-centered design methodologies to inform your strategic approach. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to enhance campaign efficiency and personalization. A portfolio that showcases your experience and success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing and social media strategies.
