  • Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of meetings and events, including national meetings, training programs, product launches, and incentive travel programs
  • Manage event logistics including registration coordination, attendee communications, rooming lists, travel coordination support, and program materials
  • Maintain and reconcile participant data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy of registration, reporting, cancellations, and updates throughout the program lifecycle
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and internal teams on signage, amenities, event materials, billing alignment, and post-event reporting

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to professionally manage attendee inquiries and high email volumes
  • Demonstrated comfort with technology, data management, and event platforms with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Project Coordinator Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of meetings and events experience required
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and data reconciliation
  • Experience with Cvent preferred, or similar event or project management platforms
  • Fully remote role requiring the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
