Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing social impact projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including nonprofit partners, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.

  • *

Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities, budgets, and performance metrics.

  • *

Support grant application processes, fundraising initiatives, and donor communications.

  • *

Prepare project reports, progress updates, and presentations for stakeholders.

  • *

Conduct research and data analysis on social issues, community needs, and best practices.

  • *

Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

  • *

Foster positive relationships with beneficiaries, partners, and collaborators.

  • *

Provide administrative support, including scheduling virtual meetings, handling correspondence, and managing project calendars.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, International Development, Communications, or a related field.

  • *

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • *

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).

  • *

Basic understanding of social impact measurement and community development practices.

  • *

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote work setting.

  • *

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Experience
  • *

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, community engagement, nonprofit work, or administrative roles.

  • *

Prior experience in remote work or cross-cultural collaboration is an added advantage.

  • *

Experience with impact reporting or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs is preferred but not required.

  • Working Hours
  • *

Flexible schedule with a requirement of 25–30 hours per week.

  • *

Must be available for scheduled virtual team meetings, which may occasionally accommodate multiple time zones.
