Job Title: SAP MM/WM System Engineer Location: Remote, Nashville, TN, US Pay Rate: $110K/yr. with benefits Type: Full-Time Job description

  • SAP development experience, Sales Distro (SD), Logistics Execution, Warehousing Experience (HighJump) Nice to have: (Blue Yonder - Planning, Execution)
  • Ability to config or develop if necessary
  • How warehouses are run, functional requirements understanding and the applications we use to run the warehouse
  • Knowing what it means to run a business with Supply Chain and Procurement. Supply Chain End to End to procure product and get a product to the customer
  • Transferrable tooling: Oracle (SAP), PeopleSoft (ERP), JDA PMM (ERP)
  • Provide guidance and advocacy across Bridgestone with IT leadership, and other business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and design tactical and strategic technology solutions.
  • Creates and maintains roadmaps for their space in alignment with business and IT objectives.
  • Create documentation to reference other vendors and global initiatives.
  • Research, design, and integrate new solutions, determining scope and impact in diverse and complex environments.
  • Validate and certify current and future state products/services and assess potential impact across all enterprise systems
  • Identify use cases for technical capabilities, lead and conduct hands-on evaluations and develop value propositions for new products and services.
  • Work closely with leadership and other groups to define the strategic direction of the business and promote resilient product/service engineering.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of next-gen designs, and digital trends and threats.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with management, peers, product owner, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain up-to-date and clear documentation of current infrastructure, and system process flows.
  • Provides strong leadership and direction to team members and mentors other teammates.

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?

  • Industry experience with enterprise ERP systems and working across cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Experience representing technical viewpoints to diverse audiences and making timely and prudent technical security decisions.
  • Specific experience with SAP FI-CO required, preferably with S/4HANA. Experience with Tax technologies and solutions (e.g. Thomson Reuters) a plus. Understanding of ABAP, SQL/DB2/HANA databases, and cloud infrastructure is important.
  • Experience in industry experience representing technical viewpoints to diverse audiences and making timely and prudent technical security decisions.
  • Experience in industry experience with enterprise and working across cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated
  • Specific experience with Forecasting and Planning, preferably with the Blue Yonder applications.
  • Specific experience with Warehousing, preferably HighJump or SAP eWM.
  • Technical Qualification (vary by position)
