Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic network troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, OneDrive), and remote desktop tools.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience

At least 1 year of experience in IT support, remote helpdesk, or a similar freelance/contract position.
