They are seeking candidates for the Leo Nova Program, a 12-month immersive talent accelerator designed for ambitious early-career individuals interested in agency leadership within an AI-powered environment.
Responsibilities
- Over 12 months, you’ll rotate through four core disciplines: Account Management, Strategy, Project Management, Data Intelligence & Research
- Work directly on live client business
- Learn how agencies make money and drive growth
- Use research, data, and AI tools to supercharge everything you do, day-to-day
- Help turn ideas into reality by managing timelines, resources, and process
- Participate in learning bootcamps and small group sessions with senior leaders covering agency models, creative processes, leadership, and proprietary AI tools
