Sales and Marketing Enablement Specialist

Liberty Systems is dedicated to providing top-tier dry air and nitrogen generation systems for industrial assist gas customers. They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Enablement Specialist who will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop sales collateral, support business development, and manage content libraries while ensuring effective communication and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the commercial team to understand their needs and deliver timely, on-brand content and marketing support
  • Develop and update sales collateral like presentations, product sheets, and proposal templates using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint, ensuring everything is polished and current
  • Support business development by attracting and nurturing prospects, tracking their engagement, and reporting on their journey through the sales funnel
  • Help plan, organize, and prepare materials for trade shows and booths
  • Manage the sales enablement content libraries and support CRM data hygiene in Microsoft Dynamics

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications (May 2024 or 2025 graduates welcome)
  • Genuine passion for sales, marketing, and B2B business
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for trade shows and events
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Canva, Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
  • Strong visual and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and juggle multiple projects
  • Collaborative, coachable, and eager to develop in a fast-paced company
  • Ability to build genuine relationships across teams
  • Proactive, adaptable, and reliable
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
  • Fluency in Spanish is a major plus and strongly encouraged
