Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. First Premier Home Warranty is seeking passionate individuals to join their Elite Inside Sales Team. The role involves closing sales on warm leads for home warranty policies, with a focus on building rapport and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy
- Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions
- Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations
- Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture
- Ability to learn product suite quickly
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge
Skills
- 1+ Years of experience and success in sales, and building rapport
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients
- Ability to close deals and up-sale policy
- Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines
- Strong phone presence
