Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Garner Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company focused on transforming the healthcare economy. The People Operations Associate will manage day-to-day operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes, while ensuring a seamless employee experience and maintaining accurate people data.

Responsibilities

  • Own the front lines of the employee experience – manage the People Ops inbox and our upcoming ticketing system, serving as the trusted, go-to resource for fast and accurate resolutions across payroll, systems benefits, policies, and compliance
  • Execute a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience – manage end-to-end operational workflows for new hires (20+ per month) and departing employees, ensuring a best-in-class experience using streamlined, tech-enabled workflows
  • Champion data hygiene and knowledge management rigor – maintain pristine employee data and documentation in Rippling, Confluence, and other systems in accordance with robust internal standards
  • Drive continuous process improvement – proactively identify workflow gaps and contribute ideas to help the team execute faster and more effectively

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in a People Operations role at a fast-paced tech company
