Skills
- 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you're proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you'll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
- Experience with Ashby and Workday
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
