Accounts Payable Support Specialist - MA

BioProcure is a breakthrough procure-to-pay service company serving innovative biotech research companies. As an Accounts Payable Support Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering information, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly and accurately enters a large volume of information into our easy-to-use software system
  • Provides excellent customer service via email and phone support
  • Develops and maintains relationships with both clients and vendors through friendly, effective, and timely communication
  • Researches, resolves, and follows up on any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

  • The ability to perform data entry assignments with speed and accuracy – This is essential!
  • Extreme attention to detail – Also essential!
  • At least 1-year customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • The confidence to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced/changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and consistency
  • The ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues
  • The confidence to learn new programs and software applications
  • The ability to cooperate and work together with a team
  • A positive, can-do attitude
