[Remote] Attorney
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insurance Claim HQ is looking for an all-star litigator to join their vibrant and growing practice. The role requires at least 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation, and involves managing state court litigation while developing business acumen alongside legal practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist with our vibrant and growing practice
- Proven experience managing state court litigation (federal court experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent legal writing skills, including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs
- Interest in developing business acumen alongside legal practice
Skills
- 1 year of Litigation experience required (preferably civil litigation)
- Minimum of one year of litigation experience
- Proven experience managing state court litigation (federal court experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent legal writing skills, including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs
- Interest in developing business acumen alongside legal practice
- Admission to the Texas Bar required; admission in additional jurisdictions is a significant advantage
