[Remote] Project Manager, Business Development Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wasserman operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. They are seeking an Associate Manager, Business Development Operations to support new business pitches, managing project responses and developing materials to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support new business pitches within our creative agency, handling opportunities across creative, social media management and creators/influencers
- Responsible for project management of RFI and RFP responses, as well as development of materials including decks and case studies to support the growth of our business
- Building presentation materials, writing case studies, facilitating communication across teams and tracking progress on multiple RFIs, RFPs and projects
Skills
- 1-3 years experience working at a social or creative agency in new business, account management or project management
- Strong written communication skills – writing is a critical element of the role
- Strong proficiency in Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote – ability to create presentation and/or pitch decks is important
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once, holding yourself accountable to making progress despite competing priorities
- Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy
- Innate curiosity about the work we do and our industry
