They are seeking a Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant to support administrative duties, customer service, and data management within a remote setting in Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients via phone call for services and conducting regular caseload audits
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Support the Behavioral Health Development Coordinator in their day-to-day responsibilities
  • Know and ensure implementation of applicable Company policies and procedures
  • Maintain tracking and enter data for assigned tasks accurately and regularly within a CRM system
  • Attend and participate in meetings as requested to stay abreast of company issues, policy and procedure changes, personnel updates and general information
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
