The primary role of Financial Shared Services function is to provide a daily operational and documentation support related to account payables/ receivables, invoice processing, payroll etc. Key deliverables include, but not limited to, processing various time and non-time related payments and employee expense management. Accurately computing and documenting all time and labor changes. Reviewing and posting receipts, reconciliations and journal entries.

- The primary objective of Accounts Payable specialization within Financial Shared Services Job Family is to ensure all operational processes relating to invoice processing through to payment and employee expense management including Corporate Credit Cards are completed efficiently and within agreed SLA's and compliant with systems of internal control; may also include completion of monthly and quarterly reporting and ensuring audit recommendations are implemented.
- Responsible for responding to internal and external enquiries.
- Using, developing and implementing automated systems.
- Support roles consist of work in a:
- Interacts internally to exchange information.
- Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures.
- Minimum of 1 years of related experience.
