Learn and apply HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Assist with employee relations by addressing questions and concerns and escalating to appropriate HR personnel when necessary. Participate in the development and implementation of training and development programs. Support in the coordination of performance management processes. Conduct research on HR best practices and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment. Learn and apply labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within the HR field. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive company culture.
