Let’s build the fossil-free future

At Greenlyte, we are reshaping the global fuel economy with our novel, IP-protected, direct air capture to fuels technology, which shows superior economic potential compared to existing approaches, even reaching fossil prices. Backed by leading European VCs and with commercial agreement from Lufthansa and MB Energy, we are deploying our first commercial facilities to prove commercial viability in the next 12 months.  Where Ambition Meets Purpose We are not waiting for change. We are building it together. At Greenlyte, speed and collaboration define how we work. Our culture rewards initiative, learning, and teamwork. If you want to grow fast, take ownership, and shape real impact, this is the place to do it.

As a Working Student or Intern in Business Development (f/m/x) at Greenlyte Carbon Technologies you will operate at the core of our commercial execution. Supporting the development of real projects that bring first-of-a-kind deep tech innovation to life.  You will take on the kind of work that directly influences decisions: structuring complex problems, building high-quality materials, and enabling speed across our project funnel. Working closely with experienced operators, you will not just observe how projects are built: you will actively contribute to how we evaluate opportunities, communicate them, and move them forward in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.  Core responsibilities

  • Conduct market and company research to generate relevant, decision-ready insights

  • Improve existing materials (e.g., slides, research outputs, documentation) in structure and clarity
  • Contribute to multiple project workstreams in parallel by providing well-prepared inputs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and output quality

Months 6–12

  • Become a trusted contributor to the commercial team’s day-to-day execution
  • Deliver consistently high-quality materials used in internal and external contexts
  • Take full ownership of defined sub-tasks across projects with minimal oversight

About you

  • Currently enrolled student (business, engineering, economics, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Strong slide-building and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Interest in climate tech, energy, resilience and infrastructure

What we offer

  • 20 days vacation plus public holidays to ensure you also have the down time needed to rest and recharge
  • The possibility to grow and shape your role
  • Working with founders who understand - and invest time in - the importance of building a healthy and sustainable organization
  • Open and transparent communication on company development
