The Crown Is Yours As a Senior Manager, Casino Analytics, you’ll lead a high-impact analytics team that shapes the future of our Casino Revenue Operations organization. You’ll own the strategy behind how we measure, diagnose, and optimize business performance across DraftKings Casino and Golden Nugget, translating complex data into clear direction. Working at the intersection of Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Product, you’ll empower teams to act with confidence while building scalable frameworks that proactively surface risks and opportunities. What you’ll do as Senior Manager, Casino Analytics

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, setting the vision for how Casino performance is measured, monitored, and optimized.
  • Provide strategic, day-to-day analytical support to Revenue Operations partners, diagnosing drivers of over- and under-performance and guiding adjustments to promotional and user-targeting strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer segment behavior and promotional effectiveness, identifying actionable optimization opportunities that improve revenue outcomes.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously enhance scalable monitoring and alerting frameworks that proactively identify meaningful shifts in revenue trends, performance anomalies, and emerging risks.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling recommendations for stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Product, and senior leadership, ensuring insights are operationalized and tied to measurable business impact.
  • Establish and manage a structured analytics roadmap and project prioritization framework, balancing quick wins with long-term, AI-enabled monitoring strategies that anticipate performance risks and unlock growth opportunities.

What you'll bring

  • At least 7 years of experience in analytics or data science, including 3 or more years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau (or similar visualization tools) working with large, complex datasets. Experience with R, Python, or another statistical programming language is a plus.
  • Deep expertise in exploratory data analysis, performance diagnostics, customer segmentation, and building automated reporting or monitoring frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership by translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 147,000.00 USD - 183,800.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
