Internship Purpose

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in executing digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, web traffic, and lead generation. This internship provides hands-on experience in social media marketing, digital analytics, geofencing campaigns, and CRM management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Support development of marketing campaigns targeting B2B and dealer audiences

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics

  • Assist in driving increased web traffic through digital marketing initiatives, including geofencing campaigns

  • Track and report marketing performance metrics (traffic sources, engagement, conversions, lead generation)

  • Support CRM management, including maintaining contact lists, tracking leads, and assisting with email marketing efforts

  • Coordinate with Sales and Engineering to gather product information for marketing materials

  • Assist in the development of brochures, trade show materials, and promotional content

  • Participate in marketing meetings and contribute campaign ideas

  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic understanding of social media marketing platforms

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools preferred

  • Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus

  • Understanding of digital advertising concepts, including geofencing, is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus

  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Essential Physical Requirements

  • Primarily office-based work

  • Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (marketing materials, trade show items)

  • Ability to walk through production areas when gathering content (PPE required when applicable)

Required Work Hours and Schedule

  • Summer 2026 (May–August; flexible based on academic calendar)

  • Monday through Friday, daytime hours

  • Part-time or full-time availability depending on candidate schedule

  • Occasional attendance at events or trade shows may be required
