Marketing Project Coordinator
Chicken N Pickle is a unique family entertainment complex seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support marketing initiatives. This role involves working closely with the Director of Marketing Growth to ensure project execution and support ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing Growth to ensure all tasks assigned are completed
- Support on ad-hoc projects as needed
Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience or willingness to learn website content updates and digital/media coordination
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana) is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- Willingness and ability to travel or be on-site when required
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role
- Experience working in hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a plus
