[Remote] SMB Account Executive - Direct
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BILL is a rapidly growing Fintech company dedicated to empowering businesses with innovative financial automation tools. They are seeking a talented SMB Account Executive to join their sales team, responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into paying customers while identifying customer pain points and closing business.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads and trials with new prospects of BILL to paying customers
- Identifying customer pain points
- Closing business
- Prioritizing your book of business
Skills
- Organized and process-oriented while being creative and willing to try new approaches
- Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication
- Inside sales, lead generation, outbound marketing sales experience
- Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willing to make 40+ outbound calls per day
- High motivated, goal-oriented, self-starting individual
- Communication - Direct and articulate, exceptional writing skills
- Organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong time-management skills
- Flexibility and Adaptability - Ability to take and provide feedback
- Tech Savvy

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalent
