PROTOCALL COMMUNICATIONS is one of the country's top producing energy companies, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting products or services to potential customers within a designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers within the designated market area through phone calls and other communication channels
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand and promote our products or services to potential clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals
  • Document lead information accurately, process and maintain detailed records in our CRM system

Skills

  • Previous experience in lead qualification, telemarketing, or inside sales is required
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check
