[Remote] Client Care Specialist

As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first voice potential personal injury claimants hear, handling high-volume inbound leads and qualifying cases while maintaining compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Calling and qualifying inbound motor vehicle accident and personal injury leads
  • Following a proven intake script — but being sharp enough to know when to adapt
  • Chasing down leads who don't pick up — calls, texts, follow-ups until they convert or drop
  • Accurately logging everything in GoHighLevel CRM
  • Screening for case viability — accident details, injury severity, treatment status, statute of limitations, existing representation
  • Filtering out unqualified leads before they reach our law firm clients — you are the quality control layer
  • Maintaining strict compliance standards on every interaction — TCPA, SB37, documented consent
  • Working PST hours, 40+ hrs/week

Skills

  • Law firm or legal intake experience strongly preferred — if you've qualified PI leads before, you're already ahead
  • Excellent spoken English — you're the first voice our leads hear
  • Strong communication skills — you can build rapport quickly and ask the right questions
  • Comfortable handling rejection and keeping the energy up dial after dial
  • Self-motivated — you don't need to be told to follow up, you just do it
  • Detail-oriented — sloppy data entry or missed qualifying criteria isn't an option
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace for calls
  • CRM experience (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus
